I can't get a picture msg from my computer to cellphone?

I have Altell and I am trying to send a picture from my computer to my cell phone its an LG SCOOP when i try to send it my phone recieves 2 msgs the first one gives the subject and everything but the second one says picture was unattached. I am using the @message.alltel.com what am i doing wrong?
