What do you think of legalizing marijuana?

I don't smoke pot but I think it should be legal. I hate wasting tax dollars on keeping people locked up in jail when we can't afford it and they aren't hurting anyone. Hell I'd like to tax the crap out of it. It would also reduce funding to terrorists and organized crime since they couldn't make money off selling illegal pot, thus would reduce violent crime as well since a lot of violent crime that comes from illegal drugs only happens because criminals make a crap ton of money selling pot. Cocaine and Heroin and LSD etc need to illegal since they are so harmful but Marijuana is no worse then smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol.
