I need help with my halloween makeup!! :(?

okay so on sunday i bought this really cute little red riding hood costume for halloween, the thing is i kinda broke my budget of $50 and ended up spending $85 on it. now i've decided that i wasnt going to go get my makeup done from M-A-C . :( any body have any ideas. the outfit is mainly white and red. thanks for ya'lls help.
