Where to buy party poppers?

I need to buy party poppers that will keep the streamer/confetti contained after I pull the string, there for my wedding. The place that we are holding the reception will allow poppers but only if the contents don't touch the ground. Dose anyone know where I can buy these or the name of a company that makes them?
