Are there any really legitamite work at home jobs in the SC area?

All of the ones I have found,cost money,involve mlm,email scams,and all sorts of unethical stuff.I am having alot of health problems,and can't work for a while.I absolutely have to find something to do!If you have any ideas,or experience doing this,please share!
