Can Anyone Help Solve My Dream?

For the second time this year i have had a dream where i would just be doing something norma like shopping or watching tv. Then I would hear this high pitched noise and the lights would get incredibly bright andd then there would be an explosion. After the explosion i would wake up but i can't move, i even try to scream but i cant. At least a few minutes later im able to move, but im so freaked i cant go back to sleep. I also look around and out of my house to if it was a bright light coming into to my window, but there was nothing.
