Dose he like me or not?

There is this boy and he is alwaysz makinq fun of me and callinq names and alwaysz talkinq bad about me to his frinns and he thinks itsz funniee and somtimesz hell be like what are yhew doinq here and why are yhew here qo awayiee. sometimes he will even tell me he lovesz me and then he will start beinq mean aqain he will tell me im uqly and call me fat.(that dosent really bother me cos its not true) but all the other stuff juss really hurtsz me. he actsz like i have no feelinqsz at all so dose he like me or not please help meh out. And all my other frinnsz say he dose this cuz he likesz me but he dosent no how to show it. The teacher heard him sayinq these thinqsz to me and she said "Yhew know about the Boysz and qirls on the play ground" abd he yelled no no no and so please tell me is he doniq this becuase he likes me or juss doinq this cuz he dosent have anythinq betta to do and juss beinq mean to meh????
