Have you cruised on Carnival VALOR?

Has anyone been on this ship? can you tell me the good, the bad, and the not so bad? I went on Freeedom of the seas last year, and apent a lot of money and I didn't even use half of the amenities on the ship. I tried rock climbing, once, flow rider once, and thats about it. I figured I would try a different cruise and see how it goes...did you like your cruise on the valor?
