Movie title? Man wakes up in mexico after being drugged. Something to do with an entertainment agency...?

The man in the movie visits an agency that promises to liven up his life. The tale of intrigue that follows has him second guessing his every move. He wakes up in a ditch in mexico, pushes away his family and friends (who are in on it for the most part), and inevitably is driven to jump off the roof top of a high rise. It was a really cool movie, and I'm pretty sure it was released in the late 90's.
