Mucinex DM makes you high 60mg dxm?

Ok so i used to use cordicidin back in the days high doses of dxm to get high, anyways i saw that the mucinex, had 60mg of dxm! the highest i have seen by far yet, now i took 4 and could feel a little buzz from the beginning, but because it's extended release how long will it take to feel the full effect?
