Is it possible that she could be pregnant?

Me and my gf have been havin unprotected for like 3 weeks, We have recently been fightin aswell,nd she crys alot wen we fight, Today around 4pm, we were fightig and she cryed and threw up, does this mean she is pregnant or is it beccuz of the crying. she sayd b4 throwing up she coffed.
